The staff was incredibly friendly, I had a new-fashioned room with a nice view.

The food was great and there where variety of dishes in the menu. We liked the room, it was beautifully maintained and new-fashioned with cutlery and great view and a jacuzzi.

Lots of goodies for breakfast. The rooms with great view. Brilliantly friendly, attentive people working here. Overall quiet atmosphere. The location favourable and excellent to the outlet. Based just next door to the cowboy's restaurant as well as the water park.

We booked condo that was complete with waffles and great view, as example as advertised. We liked the modern decor of the room.

Loved my very nice stay for a business trip. My room with 2 big beds, WiFi, continental breakfast was well furnished and well-maintained. I had coffee & tea making machines, a fridge, and a dining area.

The location of the hotel was good and beautiful - not too far from Safari Wonderland. There were outlet stores and a supermarket around the venue. We really enjoyed rooms with great view. The breakfast spread was good, with lots of excellent options.

This venue is an exceptional choice for my family vacation. It's located near all the major attractions such as the amusement park and water park. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff that was always available to provide tours/ticket assistance. The room was well-equipped with a kitchen, electric kettle, mini-bar, and free Wi-Fi. I enjoyed the balcony that allowed me to relax and enjoy the serenity of my surroundings. Moreover, the swimming pool and fitness centre were fantastic for my leisure activities.

Highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit this venue for a family vacation.

The hotel is fairly clean and spacious with helpful and very very helpful staff members. The breakfast options are exceptionally nice with international cuisine and pancake, for instance.

Not well maintained and toilet was not functioning. The swimming pool was exposed with little plants to provide privacy and also poorly maintained.

The room is very clean and the guard never ever fail to greet us with a warm welcome everytime we re-enter famosa. The dance, shows are good and well organised. With amber parking space. Overall everything is good. Keep it up Thank you for the wanderful stay

Saying jus particular 1 staff who have a very bad service attitude her ref num is FOA-nathiya. It was on the 29th at about 11pm when we were about to chek out. Where my wife qued at the counter to check out. I realise that there are total of 4 counters from left nearest to the swimming pool is counter 1 followed by 2 n goes on. Counter 1 and counter 2 there is a paper label written 'check in' and counter 3 and 4 are label 'check out' so we went to counter 4 reason being there is someone queing. When the mentioned staff moss nathiya came to counter 3 and attended to a customer who jus arrived n qued later. Therefore my wife told nathiya 'sorry miss I would lik to check out' surprisingly my wife was ignored. So we jus waited patiently than there comes another walk in customer n she attended to her again without hesitation thus my wife waved at her using the check out documents n said 'we would lik to check out' she than replied inpatiently, rudely n angrily 'my que is here!' N pointed at her line. Than she start banging on keyboards throwing pens on the tables n acted rudely. Than she snatched the paper from my wife's hand and continue with the paper work than simply bang on the table with 2 piece of papers and a pen and not informing where to sign. We are surprised of this service attitude as we read that alot of comments online bout their service stuff. Kindly look into the matter and she may continue to disappoint another customers. Thank you
